Every day Ouvori puts together a short plan from your answers: a few minutes of practice and one small step. On a bad day the plan shrinks with you, and one thing done is enough.
One tap on "Right now" and you say what is going on: dreading something, in the middle of it, replaying it afterwards or stuck scrolling. You get the one tool that fits.
Before something you dread, you write down how bad you think it will be. Afterwards you say how it really was. "You predicted 8. It was 3." That is the moment the app is built around.
Every comparison goes into your evidence bank. It shows you, in your own numbers, how often the thing you feared really happened. Your own proof, not an argument.
Your ladder leads from easy to hard, towards what you want to be able to do. The steps are suggested from your answers, and you can add your own or take one off.
On the map, inside is what you simply do by now, on the edge what you are trying, outside what is still to come. What counts is what you did, not how calm it felt.
A lot of avoiding does not look like fear. "I wanted to visit a friend, but then I'd have to drive there." You catch that sentence, then test the but with the smallest version of the thing.
A short check-in a day is all it takes. Trends turns it into lines over the weeks: your anxiety, your mood and how much you were in your day.
Add what is coming up with your prediction. Get ready with a plan for the moment you want to cancel and your own numbers from the last times. Afterwards the app asks how it went.
Guided breathing for the minutes before something hard, also with a dark screen and signals for in and out, phone in your pocket. You do not have to feel calm to go. Ready is enough.
